Anand Gandhi is Of Counsel at Mousilli Legal Group, serving clients within the firm’s transactional practice group.

After graduating at the top of his class at USC Gould School of Law, Anand started his career working on a wide-range of transactional matters across multiple industries. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, venture financing, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. Anand enjoys supporting business leaders at every level, as he has worked with C-suite executives and board of directors, in addition to supporting sales representatives in the field.

Anand takes great pride in the relationships he builds with his clients, which allows him to truly understand their wishes and ensure that their goals are met. As an eternal optimist, a person of faith, a seeker of truth, and a humanitarian, Anand will be your trusted strategic partner not just for business, but for life. Outside of work, Anand spends his time trying to be the best father possible to his three amazing children. He also actively volunteers his time to give back to his community, and he loves watching sports, reading inspiring thoughts, and following both geopolitical news and the financial markets.
